Homeboy Deepchild aka Rick Bull has some new Wax hitting the shelves this week via well known producer and audio engineer Tim Xavier's new imprint Face to Face records. A long time favourite of ours, and future member of the Deep North Records artist roster, Rick never ceases to impress us and others around the world. Serious dancefloor Grunk dealer. Git at it before the rum runs dry and the new label's debut EP sells the fuck out.

If you are a Deepchild fan based in North America, and you have been hoping to catch this guy live in the flesh at his best (probably not in a dress, but you never know), this could be your year.... Deepchild is embarking on a North American Tour and may be in a city near you. We suggest you check out his Resident Advisor Page to see if he will be in your area. That is of course, if he does not get deported.
Oh yes, before I forget to make mention of this again, Deepchild has also launched a new label project recently called Seppuku which is the "sound of uneasy futurism. Seppuku explores the haunted backlots of techno and electronica, broken memetics, parallel lives, lost rituals from dead and imagined cities. Cavernous techno, expansive soundscapes, and encoded voices filtered through redundant technology". Check out a review on the first release here, then make a point of swinging by the label's soundcloud page. For the extra lazy internet slugs out there, I have included snips of the first two weapons released by the label below. Meaty.
